Plus II student enroute to exam centre dies in Nabarangpur road accident

Bhubaneswar, March 19: A tragic incident unfolded in Papadahandi area of Odisha’s Nabarangpur district on Tuesday as a student from Kendriya Vidyalaya lost his life in a road accident. The student, identified as G Ishwar Rao, was riding a scooter when it was struck by another vehicle near Mruga Vihar under Papadahandi block of the district.

According to initial reports, Ishwar and his friend Akash Sarangi were en route to Papadahandi Ararsha Vidyalaya for their Plus II examination when the collision occurred. Tragically, Ishwar succumbed to his injuries in the accident, while his friend sustained injuries.

Upon receiving information about the incident, a police team from Papadahandi rushed to the scene and launched an investigation into the mishap.
